Coaching focuses on the client's needs, is non-judgemental and focuses on what can be achieved, whilst recognising factors that have deterred achievement in the past and finding a constructive way to work around such issues. These might include poor self esteem, negative self talk, bad experiences as well as many more reasons. Every individual is different and so are their needs. Coaching sessions are as unique as their clients.
