During the facilitated part of the programme clients learn a range of exercises which use imagination and modelling clay to help the client's mind work a little differently in order to achieve their own life long solutions to age old problems.
To increase effectiveness of the longer term benefits by keeping up momentum it is to have someone the client knows and trusts to support them. The support person is trained on the last day of the one-to-one facilitation in what support is needed and how to assist them. This means that clients are not left to their own devises after the initial one-to-one facilitation and can continue the work at their own speed. After the initial one-to-one sessions
As with any development activity the greatest benefits are only derived from continued practice, which is the learner's responsibility to undertake.
There are 9 hours included in the programme's cost to provide additional support and review meetings. These are for the client to call upon as and when they require.
Coaching
During the last three months of the programme clients are expected to have made significant progress in establishing a new way of using their mind and be ready to actively progress new ways of working. At this stage is it appropriate for them to be coached in making progress, so the coaching sessions are one a month for the last three months.
Coaching sessions are typically for 30 minutes and client is taken through a structured approach which encourages them to focus on identifying actions they can implement. Progress in implementation is the client's responsibility.
