As the Graduate Recruitment Manager of one of the country's larges graduate recruiters I launched a new campaign, on average, every three weeks. This culminated in a continual flow of assessments over two years. I have also been involved in large quantity management assessment, predominantly at middle- but including senior- level.
All the assessment and interviewing work I have undertaken has been within a competency framework and has included a variety of techniques, such as biographical interviewing, observation of practical tasks and scoring written reports.
I focus this work on the East Midlands area.

Each case is looked at individually. As a starting point, I charge £500 per day which is adjusted to reflect preparation time and repeat work. |
